Sanha Lean Gas Connection (SLGC)
The SLGC project in Angola, managed by CABGOC and Subsea 7, involves the installation of various components including the LGP Jacket, Base Deck, Bridge, BCM Deck, and Flare Boom. Key activities include assessing optimal vessel heading and lift configurations to ensure safe lifting and installation and providing operability data based on sea state and vessel limitations.
Post Panther Flexible Pipelines
This project in Nigeria, for Chevron and PSL, focuses on the detailed engineering design for topside scopes, including the design of hang-off clamps and collars for flexible pipes, J-tube general arrangements, and platform winch lifting rigging. The project also involves installation and lifting analysis for J-tubes and artificial legs, along with the design of temporary pig launchers and receivers.
Chevron SONAM
This completed project in Nigeria, for Chevron and Prime Sources Limited, involved providing installation engineering services for a 20-inch pipe lay campaign. Key activities included pipeline installation analysis, upheaval buckling analysis, field joint coating, and the development of installation procedures. The project also covered pipeline field architecture, mooring design, and various analyses related to pipeline stability and integrity.
Jubilee Turret Remediation Project 3 (TRP3)
Located in Ghana and managed by the NS 7 Consortium and Tullow Ghana Limited, this project focused on the installation analysis of two oil offloading lines (OOLs) for a new oil offloading system from an FPSO to a deepwater CALM buoy. Key activities included Orcaflex modelling and installation analysis, counter-weights removal, flooding, and interference checks using a Dead Man Anchor (DMA).
MPN - Production Uplift Pipeline
This completed project in Nigeria, for Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and NigerStar 7, provided engineering design and installation engineering services for the OSO-QIT, IDOHO, and ASABO pipelay project. Activities included pipe delivery and inspection, load-out for offshore installation, field architecture drawings, mooring analysis, and the design of installation aids and sea fastening.Located in Ghana and managed by the NS 7 Consortium and Tullow Ghana Limited, this project focused on the installation analysis of two oil offloading lines (OOLs) for a new oil offloading system from an FPSO to a deepwater CALM buoy. Forcados Export Line Repair
This completed project in Nigeria, for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), involved the emergency remediation of compromised sections of a 48-inch crude export pipeline. Key activities included pipeline on-bottom stability analysis, vessel stability assessment, sea fastening analysis, and the development of installation sequences and procedures. The project also covered the design of cofferdam frames and rigging processes.
East Nile Delta Phase III Project
Located in Egypt and managed by Pharaonic Petroleum Company, this project focused on lifting analyses, design of installation aids, and sea fastening for eight spools. Activities included spool and spreader frame transportation, sea fastening analyses, and the creation of detailed drawings for bumpers, connectors, and structural requisitions.
Installation Design of Dangote Refinery
Working with SUBTECH, this completed project in Nigeria, for Dangote Oil Refining Company LTD, provided installation engineering and offshore execution packages for subsea architecture. Key activities included the installation of five SPM buoys, associated submarine and floating hoses, mooring hawsers, and expansion spools. The project also involved pre-commissioning of the SPM buoy and pipeline systems.

MPN - Erha North Project Phase 2 (ENP2)
Located in Egypt and managed by Subsea 7 and MPN, this project involved the design and installation of deepwater facilities, including production and water injection lines. Key activities included detailed design and installation analysis of deepwater assets, lifting analysis, transportation analysis, deployment analysis, and fabrication support activities.
MPN - LERM Project - Phase A & B
This completed project in Nigeria, for MPN, focused on the maintenance and refurbishment of existing pig traps and associated piping. Key activities included the design and installation of deck extensions, pig launchers and receivers, chemical injection facilities, surfer ladders, walkways, handrails, and stairways. The project also involved extending the platform fire and fusible loop system to traps.
Burulus IXB WDDM
This completed project in Egypt, for Subsea 7 and Burulus Gas Company S.A.E, involved validating the sea fastening design of an ACE winch on the Simar Esperanca vessel. Key activities included designing and analyzing the sea fastening for the gooseneck support cradle, spool installation sequence, and spool lifting and deployment analysis.
OPL 283 Early Production Facility
Located in Nigeria and managed by New Cross Petroleum, this project focused on the front-end engineering design (FEED) for a modularized land-based oil and gas production facility with a capacity of 15,000 BOPD and 100 MMSCFD. Activities included process and technical safety, piping engineering, instrumentation and control, electrical, mechanical, civil/structural engineering, and project management.
NPDC OML 40/42 Interim Metering System
This completed project in Nigeria, for NPDC and Petrolog, involved the detailed engineering design for the integration of an auto-sampling system and a master meter at OML 40 & 42. Key activities included process and technical safety, piping engineering, instrumentation and control, electrical, mechanical, civil/structural engineering, and project management.
Gbaran-Ubie Phase II
Located in Nigeria and managed by NETCo and SPDC, this project focused on the detailed engineering design for the oil separator system at OML 28. Activities included developing conceptual plot plans, equipment layouts, PDMS models, piping general arrangement drawings, pipe support design, static stress analysis, and preparation of stress specifications.
CLOV Development
This completed project in Angola, for Subsea 7 and Total E & P Angola, involved transportation engineering for manifolds and subsea pumps. Key activities included transportation analysis for water injection jumpers, production jumpers, and production spools, as well as motion and stability analysis.
UBIT GP Restoration Project Design Safety Case (DSC)
Located in Nigeria and managed by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, this project focused on developing Design Safety Case (DSC) documentation for MPN Ubit facilities. Activities included reviewing and assessing the existing safety management system, conducting site verifications and inspections, holding a Major Accident Hazard (MAH) workshop, and performing safety critical element studies.
YOHO & EKPE Facility - Operation Safety Case (OSC)
This completed project in Nigeria, for Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, involved developing operational safety case documentation for production facilities, including one production platform, a bridge-connected wellhead platform, two satellite wellhead platforms, a flare platform, and an FSO vessel. Key activities included reviewing and assessing the existing safety management system, conducting site verifications and inspections, holding a MAH workshop, and performing safety critical element studies.
MPN - BRT Project (Bundle 6)
Located in Nigeria and managed by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, this project involved the technical assessment and refurbishment of Bonny River Terminal Life Camp facilities. Key activities included site verifications, detailed design for life camp upgrade/refurbishment, power supply design, kitchen and sewage treatment plant upgrade, and construction and project management.
MPN - UADP Bulk
This completed project in Nigeria, for Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and NigerStar 7, involved providing engineering services for the procurement of bulk materials and LLI equipment for topsides on the USARI FD Wellhead Platform. Key activities included packaging E&I requisitions to vendors, conducting E&I technical bid evaluations, and raising supplier technical queries to the company.
TOTAL - OFON Phase II
Located in Nigeria and managed by Total Exploration and Production and Subsea 7, this project involved the EPCI of 100km of sealines, including a 12" gas export line, infield lines, and an electrical network. The work also included the transportation and installation of jackets and bridges. Key activities included the installation of new multiphase, water injection, gas export, and gas lift lines, subsea tie-ins risers to sea-lines, riser design for new platforms, and transportation and installation analysis of jackets and bridges.
