Overview
GLOBAL OCEON is a World Class Multi-disciplinary EPCI Company. Our business activities cuts across the sectors of the energy industry and encompasses: Feasibility/Conceptual Studies, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering Design (DED), Procurement and Logistics Services, Fabrication/Construction Support, Transportation and Installation, Hook-Up and Commissioning, Asset Integrity and Project Management.
We have developed our capacity to provide EPCI services; with her vibrant team of truly talented employees who have been educated both within the country and globally, distinguishing themselves and are now proving their abilities around the world. We have and are able to deliver work in conformity to global standards as our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System are ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015 certified respectively. In addition, OCEON's Business Management System is designed to work closely with its clients and partners' HSE and Quality Assurance systems.
Over the years, collectively we have appreciably attained industry awareness, personnel growth and succession (>95% LC), additional service/product codes (EPCI), stakeholders recommendations, corporate and employee regulatory & statutory certifications, additional advanced work tools etc; all centred at state of the art locations.
OCEON has a goal to be "The Best EPCI Company Providing World-Class Services to the Energy Industry". Till date, we have not wavered from the Local Content vision of its founders and stakeholders. GLOBAL OCEON is very proud to be counted as a demonstration of the successes of the Local Content Act. To further enhance Local Content Development, our project management team are localized with our personnel continually trained. Fresh graduates are recruited and trained both inside and outside the country to meet and exceed the challenges that may arise in the course of work execution.
We have developed an action plan in maximizing Local Content, by domiciling our services to be carried out locally using pool of qualified Engineers, committing to effective succession and technology acquisition, as well as the full utilization of locally manufactured products, materials and consumables relevant to its business operations.

The Global Oceon Management System (OMS) outlines how we work. OMS is the integrated set of policies, business practices, and procedures that are used by OCEON in defining, planning, and executing business activities. It enables employees to work safely, consistently and effectively by providing reliable standardized processes such as Design of Service (FICS), Contingency Planning, Management of Change and Stop Work Authority. OMS complies with the requirements of all relevant recognized management system standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, etc. and is certified.
