GLOBAL OCEON is very proud to be counted as a demonstration of the successes of the Local Content Act. To further enhance Local Content Development, our project management team are localized with our personnel continually trained. Fresh graduates are recruited and trained both inside and outside the country to meet and exceed the challenges that may arise in the course of work execution.
We have developed an action plan in maximizing Local Content, by domiciling our services to be carried out locally using pool of qualified Engineers, committing to effective succession and technology acquisition, as well as the full utilization of locally manufactured products, materials and consumables relevant to its business operations.
GLOBAL OCEON is dedicated to the development of communities where it operates. Our activities are organized, planned and executed in such manner as to: create cordial relationships with host communities; contribute in improving their standard of living and the employment of qualified and semi-qualified youths of those communities.
