Our leadership commitment, robust management system, and the competencies and commitment of our people are core elements of our success and provide the foundation of our Drive to ZERO LTD

HSE

At Global Oceon, solving customer challenges is second only to keeping everyone safe and healthy. We don’t compromise our focus on HSE for better business results. Our commitment to safety minimizes environment impacts, controls risks to our employees, and maintains safe work practices.

Service Quality

Service Quality delivery and performance improvements have been driven by our strengthened focus on process adherence and execution of management system controls, such as our Design of Service process etc.

Drive to Zero LTI

Turning our commitments into practice is at the core of our Drive to ZERO LTI. For us in Oceon, it is a concerted effort to achieve ZERO health, safety and environmental incidents and ZERO non-productive time every day, on every job. There are many areas within Global Oceon where this is happening now. This vision incorporates our commitment to our employees, our customers and to our communities. It expresses our priorities – to acknowledge the journey, accept the challenge and make no compromises in execution. Drive to ZERO LTI defines six essentials that provide a roadmap for improvement.
These essentials remain consistent each year, while specific focus areas evolve annually. The essentials are:

Leadership Commitment
OCEON Management System (OMS) Continuous Improvement
Training and Competency
Communicating and Addressing Risk
Technology and Process Improvement
Performance Verification

Oceon Management System

The Global Oceon Management System (OMS) outlines how we work. OMS is the integrated set of policies, business practices, and procedures that are used by OCEON in defining, planning, and executing business activities. It enables employees to work safely, consistently and effectively by providing reliable standardized processes such as Design of Service (FICS), Contingency Planning, Management of Change and Stop Work Authority. OMS complies with the requirements of all relevant recognized management system standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, etc. and is certified."
